Laurent Perrier's excellent Cuvée Rosé, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This wine gets its colour from maceration, which in turn lends a lovely flavour.

Nose
Fruity and herbal nose, with notes of red berries - particularly redcurrants and cranberry, a little pepper and rose petals.
Palate
Tangy and fruity palate, fresh and creamy - a perfect summer quaff, and beautiful with young cheese and fruit-based desserts.
