Kilchoman 100% Islay 11 year Old Sherry Cask Matured (2025 Release)
The 2025 release of the 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured single malt from Kilchoman was distilled from the 2011, 2012, and 2013 barley harvests. The variety was Publican, and the whisky was aged for a minimum of 11 years in 16 oloroso sherry butts. During maturation, layers of dried fruits and rich spices have infused into the whisky, which balance beautifully with the natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke of Kilchoman.

Nose
Orange peel, dried fruits, light peat smoke and sweet spices.
Palate
Rich smoke, and dark chocolate with honey, cooked apples, and malty sweetness.
Finish
Grilled fruits, plums, currants and lasting wood smoke.
